ABOUT US
A family story born in Tuscany, alive in Krakow.
Trattoria Bella was founded in 2015 by the Rossi family, who brought their passion for authentic Italian cuisine from a small village in Tuscany to the heart of Krakow's Old Town.
Every recipe has been passed down through three generations. We source our olive oil from the family estate in Chianti, our mozzarella arrives fresh from Campania twice a week, and our pasta is made by hand every morning.
Our philosophy is simple: the best ingredients, prepared with respect for tradition, served with genuine Italian hospitality. No shortcuts, no compromises.
Chef Marco Rossi
Trained at Alma — the International School of Italian Cuisine in Colorno, with 18 years of experience in kitchens across Rome, Florence, and now Krakow. Marco's cooking is rooted in simplicity and seasonal produce. His truffle tagliatelle has been named Krakow's best pasta dish three years running.
